  • Paneer butter masala – It is a rich, creamy North Indian dish made with paneer, lots of butter, onion-tomato-cashew paste for the gravy and lots of spices. This dish has a buttery flavour which is relished with harmony. 
  • Bhindi fry or fried okra – Also known as kurkuri bhindi, it is a crispy and spicy dish made by frying the tender okra. It has a blend of different spices and seasonings. It is a North Indian speciality. You can make it more delicious by adding chat masala on top of it.
